There are a couple of stalls selling raw fish at Maxwell, besides the famous ZhenZhen Porridge stall which is always having long queue, another stall which don't require to wait as long is this Ho Kee Pau stall, not only selling dim sum, but also porridge and raw fish.
The cheapest price for their raw fish is $3.50. The amount is just nice for people who don't wish to eat much for lunch and yet will still feel quite full. Although the raw fish we normally come across is slices by slices put nicely together. For Ho Kee's they simply lumped together which is good for those who want a big mouth of raw fish in their mouth haha.
However, one problem is that there's quite a lot of small bones hence need to be very careful. I guessed they didn't really process their fish meticulously. Also, I wished that they can be more generous with their ginger and spring onion, as compared to ZhenZhen which is more generous in term of side ingredients and lime.
