Located at the rooftop of Iluma stationed an east-meets-west combination of cuisine by Chef Daniel's Kitchen. Unless you know about this place, I supposed it's quite hard for shoppers to come across as it wasn't that obvious. However, the surrounding was pretty peaceful and comfy on a Thursday evening.
Frankly saying, the taste of the food didn't really impress me much, very ordinary. The place was quite empty yet our order of Foie gras can be forgotten. There wasn't any ala carte menu, we are left with only one set meal.
Corn soup with bread
Boiled Beef Fillet in black pepper sauce with green beans, tomato and sambal dried shrimp - Taste of steak is alright but not as juicy as I thought.
Medium state
Rose-Wine Lamb Shank with roasted vegetable and potato - Taste of lamb wasn't strong, meat quite tender, sauce tastes quite ordinary, resemble the sweet sauce used for pig trotters. :P
Sakura Chicken with potato and coconut flake - I don't really like this dish, it gives a weird taste (don't wish to describe further) :P
This is the dish that was being forgotten to serve in our order, Five spices Foie Gras. 2 tiny piece of creme Foie Gras on some glutinous style rice, with the weird tasting honeydew. I would say it's definitely not worth the cost.
Mango cake with cherry. Texture of the cake on the side was not soft and fluffy enough. The only commendable is the mango creme in between.
