When you are at Bagus, be sure to try their ikan parang fishballs which are big and bouncy, not too salty yet has the sweet taste in every chew. I can't seem to get sick of eating that, and simply don't mind ordering all fishballs instead of different kinds haha. But of course, their tau foo is also not bad with the skin fried till crispy, best mix with chilli/Hakka style sweet sauce.
Another favourite is the Squid with Kang Kong! They are quite generous with the squids and when you mix the peanuts, thin striped cucumber, kang kong and the sweet and sour Ampang gravy sauce together, it tastes superb good! I personally like it alot.
It costs around $3.60 for 6 items, 50cents for bee hoon/rice or $1 for la mian (noodles).
