X'mas dinner @ The Swiss Club - Arbenz

Time flies and it's approaching X'mas soon again. It seemed to be just yesterday when we were happily dining out at Swiss Club for X'mas 2009. Tonight, we are here again! 

This club is one of the oldest historical club in Singapore located in Bukit Tinggi, surrounded by lush greenery and nature freshness. Its resort style setting makes an ideal place for family/friends gathering to enjoy dining, entertainment or sports activities.

They offer fine selection of international cuisine with authentic flavors in their cozy alfresco dining area. Their steaks are one of the best I've ever tried. Not only they are differentiated into different types such as Sirloin, Ribeye and Tenderloin, they also let you select the age of the cattle such as 140-180 days till 400days range. Of course the younger the better and more expensive.

I personally chose the 140-180 days grain fed Angus beef ($66). The steak is so easy to cut and I'm pretty amazed by its smooth texture inside when my teeth set upon. So moist, juicy and incredibly tender. I can't seem to stop eating hahaha!

 Really very smooth and tender *drool*


 We get to match with one choice of starch such as french fries, truffle mashed potato, sauteed potatoes, onion & bacons, mixed mushrooms, seasonal vegetables or garden salad.

Each of their dessert looks so appealing that's it quite hard not to fall into temptation.

 Chocolate Fondant with a scoop of Rum & Raisin Ice cream. As you cut up the cake, the chocolate fondue will flow out. Yummy~

 Movenpick Ice cream with marinated Strawberry. Sweet~

Baked Apple with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream. *Thumbs up*
