Japanese Gourmet Town @ Vivocity

This restaurant has 3 different brands which consist of Botejyu from Osaka, Yoshimi from Hokkaido, and Ajisen from Kyushu. 3 in 1, cool isn't it.
I would say, please try out their beef. I simply love its tenderness and it was so juicy.
Their chicken is also pretty good with the sauce that taste like those frog legs of those Zi Char stall.
Their seafood are fresh, especially the squids which is springy and easy to chew, crunchy prawns and tasty scallops. The fried cuttlefish is simply crispy and not oily.
As for the salmon, I find it a bit too tough, probably overcooked. I would prefer it raw instead haha.
The environment is noisy but the food are splendid hence it's worth the dining experience.
